Cindy is passionate about revitalizing struggling departments and turning them into thriving departments. Beyond her professional life, Cindy is a mom to a beautiful daughter, Olivia and a fur-mom to an adorable rescue pup, Archie.

Barry, accomplished entrepreneur, cofounded the renowned lighting company "3DLightFX" growing the company to $50M in global sales in just 5 years. He has collaborated with prominent brands such as Walmart, Target, Disney, State Farm, Nissan, Aveda, Kohl's, Warner Brothers, and Elevate Luxury Homes.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is a devoted father of two beautiful children and supports his wife, Domenica in managing a thriving spa business in Burlington.
